adidas’ Forum Low continues to dominate the brand’s releases this year, this time continuing with a new collaborative project with Chicago creative Vic Lloyd, taking inspiration from Chicago streetball for this special-edition colorway.

Vic Lloyd and adidas are reuniting this month, teaming up for the first time since All-Star Weekend in Chicago for another project celebrating the Fat Tiger Workshop artist’s love of his city. This time around, the two will be focusing on the Forum, a classic basketball trainer currently in the midst of a full-blown retro rollout from the Three Stripes. For his latest work, Lloyd is taking his inspiration from his time spent playing basketball in alleyways growing up, as well as from the hard-working people of Chicago and their inimitable work ethic, which supplies the “Chicago Works Harder” name for this release. The Vic Lloyd x Forum Low features an all-over dusty orange suede coloring, matching by brighter orange shades for the midsole, laces, and inner lining. The Forum’s signature strap comes in interchangeable blue and neon green colors, blue representing Chicago’s blue city trucks and green for the hi-viz vests worn by city employees. Finally, a milk crate and basketball logo on each tongue completes the look.
