Salomon’s outdoor footwear has exploded in popularity in recent years, with the trail-minded XT series fuelling the fire. This week, the series latest model, the XT-6 ADV, returns in a new triple-black color scheme.

The Salomon XT-6 is the latest entry in a long, and beloved, line of trail running sneakers. First launched in 2012 as a successor to their slightly chunkier XT-4, the next entry would help propel the line to new heights, largely through a newfound appreciation from sneakerheads. Constructed from a thick, but flexible, mesh base layer, the XT-6 gets its support from a system of taped overlays, giving the shoe a solid structure to provide support and comfort, while keeping it as lightweight and agile as possible. The latest colorway dunks the entirety of the shoe in a black color scheme, from the soft ground EVA midsole to the quick adjust-style lacing system.
