The Reebok Shaqnosis is back for Fall. Announced earlier today, the Big Aristotle’s most recognizable signature Reebok sneaker is back next month, sporting a stealthy new “Spider-Web” color scheme in celebration of Halloween.
Reebok’s Shaqnosis basketball shoe has been something of an anomaly in its 25-year lifespan. Originally released back in 1995, the Shaqnosis was Shaquille O’Neal’s fifth signature model with British footwear brand Reebok, and easily the hardest to miss. The Shaqnosis featured a unique layered upper, with pieces forming an eye-catching half-circle pattern on either side of the shoe. Constructed from leather and nubuck, the Shaqnosis was perfect for carrying the humongous man around on the court, but has since evolved into more of a lifestyle silhouette, thanks to a retro release back in 2013. Now, the Shaqnosis comes around every once in awhile sporting a new look, like this blacked-out new “Spider Web” look that Reebok has prepared for Halloween. Sporting a jet black upper, the circular sections now show off spider webs stretching from the midfoot outward, and a glow in the dark outsole to complete the look. The Shaqnosis “Spider-Web” is not the only release Reebok has in store for Halloween, however. The brand has also shared an early look at the rest of their upcoming releases, like this new Question Mid.

Reebok’s next release of the classic Shaqnosis basketball sneaker, now with a spooky “Spider-Web” theme for Halloween, has been scheduled to release next month, on October 14th, 2020. The blacked-out iteration of the fan-favorite Shaq sneaker will be available from both Reebok and select retailers for $140.
