Reebok’s Club C is back for 2021, but this time, it’s taking on a new update for the 1980s classic, bringing the shoe into the new decade. Check out the Club C Legacy, premiering next week.

Reebok’s Club C trainer has been a staple for the brand in recent years. Originally released in the 1980s and built for the tennis court, the Club C was lauded by fans of the brand for its performance as both a court shoe and trainer. The Club C quickly became a lifestyle staple, thanks to its clean, timeless look and extreme comfort. Those same qualities propelled the renewed interest and popularity of the CLub C over the past few years, as the retro trainer began to dominate fashion circles. Now, Reebok is ready to issue a long-overdue update to the Club C, bringing the silhouette into the modern-day through a mix of new materials and slight alterations to the construction. The Club C Legacy features a leather base layer, while new additions to the mudguard, lacing system, and heel counters come in suede to mix up the textures. The shoe’s collar is constructed from a translucent ripstop material, while reworked Reebok branding is ever-present on the lateral sides. Finally, a pop of color on the heels and inner lining complete the new look.
