Pharrell and adidas are apparently hard at work. New colorways have been revealed every day for the past couple of days of new iterations of their sneakers. Now joining the “Gum Pack” is a Volt Pharrell x adidas NMD Hu.
We have never seen a Pharrell x adidas shoe call upon a gum sole but we look to be receiving a few sporting the coveted outsole. We just got a great on-foot look at the black/gum and pink/gum version and now our friend solebyjc revealed this vibrant colorway just yesterday.
Arriving as one of the brightest Pharrell x adidas NMD ever, this edition begs for the eye’s attention. The full primeknit upper gets painted in vibrant volt green and the EVA pods, lace cage, and laces all match accordingly. The right pair calls upon an embroidered “KNOW” and the left features Chinese lettering that respectively spells out “Soul”. A white Boost midsole and gum outsole then complete the vibrant but fresh look.

UPDATE 7/16: Our good friend Yankeekicks gave us an of-foot look at this upcoming Volt/Gum Pharrell x adidas Hu NMD and they are looking fresh. As of now we have no official word from adidas but as soon as we get updates on a release date, we will be sure to let you know as soon as possible. UPDATE 9/3: We just got official images of the vibrant Pharrell x adidas NMD Hu Yellow/Gum “Know/Soul” that will be releasing soon. They are set to release on September 13th alongside the other colorways as well. The retail price is set for $220, $30 less than their normal price of $250.
