Last year, UK skate brand Palace helped New Balance reintroduce their retro 580 to the world, delivering a two-pack of colorways. Now, they are reuniting for a release of the Made in UK 991, coming this week.

Last Fall brought us a new partnership in the sneaker world, pairing UK skateboarding brand Palace with the iconic Boston-based New Balance. For their first project, they teamed up to help bring the 580 to the modern day sneaker market, which has seen a highly successful relaunch in the months since. Now, the two have announced their second offering, taking on the classic 991 in two color schemes. Both pairs feature a bright color scheme, the first of which begins with a teal ripstop base layer, with purple mid layers and brown overlays. The second adds a purple base with neon red accents, while neutral shades of grey and black finish off the look.
