Nike Ja 3 Graffiti Pack

Nike is ready to debut their latest signature sneaker for Ja Morant, the Ja 3. This week, the Swoosh showcased some of the model’s inaugural colorways, the “Make ‘Em Watch” pack featuring graffiti-inspired graphics across three styles.

Grizzlies’ superstar Ja Morant unveiled his third signature shoe with Nike in the latter half of the NBA season, sporting a bold pink “Max Volume” colorway in the playoffs. Over the last few weeks, we’ve had plenty of sneaker-related news involving Morant, including an early look at his take on the iconic Air Force 1 Low, arriving later this year. This week, Nike hosted a basketball-focused SNKRS Showcase live stream, showing off a ton of upcoming releases, including the launch lineup for the Ja 3.

The Nike Ja 3 is finally scheduled to make its debut this month, and Nike has lined up a trio of colorways to kick off the new model, all under the “Make ‘Em Watch” pack banner. The shoes are all united by a graffiti-style A emblazoned on the outer side of the shoe, which, when paired with the vertical Swoosh logo spells out the NBA star’s first name. The first release from the collection is a special pair for the brand’s EYBl youth league, cast in a pale Platinum Violet color with pink, yellow, and blue accents. Next up is an “NY vs. NY” color scheme, arriving a week later, which comes in a blacked out palette with neon accents. Finally, the “Light Show” edition is expected to be a China-exclusive release, dressed in a two-tone grey palette with bright accents for the Swoosh and A graphics.

Who Decides War x Jordan Flight Court “Crepe” Releases Tomorrow

0

Last year, Jordan brand introduced a new silhouette to their lifestyle lineup, the Flight Court. They tapped Who Decides War to help debut the new model, releasing a sleek black pair in November. Now, the two are back with a brighter cream white colorway for Summer.

The Jordan Flight Court is an interesting new model for the brand, building on their legacy of iconic basketball shoes. The silhouette borrows some elements from the early mainline numbered pairs, and somewhat resembles another new model from last year, the Jordan 4 RM. Their decision in tapping Who Decides War to help launch the model was an excellent choice, as their avant-garde designs lends itself well to the styling of their signature version.

Six months after the release of their all-black pair, Who Decides War and Jordan are back this Summer to deliver a new colorway of the shoe, this time dressed in lighter neutral tones for sunnier weather. This time around, the shoe gets a cream white “Coconut Milk” build, which is paired with shades of Muslin for an off-white look. The jagged embroidery details are still present, appearing on the toes, heels, and collars in both cream and black threads. Red accents again add a splash of color to complete the look.

Asics’ GEL-Kayano 12.1 Debuts at BSTN This Week

0

Last year, Asics debuted the GEL-Kayano 12.1, an updated form of the product line’s 2006 iteration. After a handful of collaborations, the model will finally release in in-line color schemes this Summer.

Asics has slowly entered the lifestyle space over the past few years, through a category they refer to internally as SportStyle. While they have created a few new models to flesh out the program, SportStyle releases largely consist of retro versions of their many running shoe models, repurposed in their original form for everyday wear. Last year, they began a series updating these models with some slight changes, issuing pairs of the GEL-Nimbus 10.1 and the GEl-Kayano 12.1.

The Kayano 12.1 has rarely been seen since its debut with Kith last Summer. The NYC brand released a two-pack in June of Knicks-themed styles, and followed up with an “Ice Blue” edition in the Fall. Last week we got a preview of even more Kith pairs to come, and finally, this week, we have an official look at Asics’ first in-line styles of the GEL-Kayano 12.1, coming this Summer. Six pairs in total have emerged as the first wave, and come in the Japanese brand’s signature look of mesh underlays, synthetic overlays with some form of silver or chrome finish, and small pops of colorful accents.

ASICS GEL-KAYANO 12.1 SUMMER 2025 RELEASE INFORMATION

Asics has not yet announced a set date for their initial wave of GEL-Kayano 12.1 colors, though the general release models are expected to arrive sometime in Summer 2025. Featuring at least six styles for the first wave of releases, pairs will be available from both Asics and select retailers. Pricing for this model is currently unknown.

Justin Bieber’s SKYLRK Released Their Inaugural Footwear Collection

Justin Bieber is embarking on a new venture in the world of fashion, following up on his Drew label with a new brand; SKYLRK. This week, the pop star-turned-designer shared an early look at footwear from the project, coming soon.

Justin Bieber has been a significant part of pop culture since his sudden burst onto the music scene in 2009, with the launch of his debut album. Since then, the former teen heartthrob has had a somewhat tumultuous career, moving from hit song to public controversy quite regularly, though his cultural impact cannot be understated. In recent years, Bieber has seemingly turned away from music entirely, entering the world of streetwear fashion through his brand Drew, which was a quiet sensation thanks to its signature smiley face graphics.

This year, Bieber is launching a new exploration of footwear and clothing, under the name SKYLRK. Very little is known about the brand as of this writing, but the Biebs has been teasing the label’s debut collection a lot over the past few weeks, taking to Instagram to tease some of the apparel, accessories, and now footwear coming soon. Alongside a range of colorful sweatshirts, Justin has shown off sunglasses and phone cases featuring the SKYLRK logo, and this week, he began showing off footwear from the new project.

The SKYLRK footwear will feature a range of different styles and models, each in multiple colorways and materials. Last week, we got an early look at an enormously chunky mule shoe, which features one of the tallest midsoles quite possibly ever made. This week, he shared even more slip-on models, including house slippers and slides in various pastel hues. The crown jewel, however, is a new runner model, which features a mesh underlay with a TPU cage system, and a razor thin midsole underfoot. This shoe was shown in three styles, black, white/neon green, and a pale blue and grey combo.

There has been no official announcement regarding when SKYLRK will make its debut, but the brand’s website is currently up and inviting fans to provide contact information for future updates. Based on Bieber’s sudden push to show off the new footwear and apparel, we can expect the debut collection to arrive sometime later in 2025.

The New Balance 204L Debuts in “Mushroom” in July 2025

New Balance’s fresh additions to their catalog over the last few years have largely been hits among both sneakerheads and the wider community. This week, another new model has surfaced, a slim 204L, coming soon.

The last few brand new models from New Balance have filled up release calendars over the last few years, as the Boston brand kept a steady supply to meet their increasing popularity. The older running aesthetic exploded in 2020, and NB was right there to meet our expectations with an incredible series of retros and all-new styles. This week, they’ve captured another wave of fashion with the 204L, coming soon.

The next contemporary model from New Balance plays into the ultra slim sneaker trend we’ve seen over the last year. From adidas’ new obsession with ballet shoes to Miu Miu’s 530 releases with NB, low-profile shoes are all over the world of fashion. This week, we have an early look at a fresh model aimed at this trend, the 204L. The silhouette borrows from New Balance’s older running shoes, using a heavily layered and many-paneled low-top shape, but constructed from smooth suedes. Underneath, a razor thin sole unit combines minimal cushioning with rugged traction.

New Balance’s next new silhouette has officially been scheduled to debut this month, on July 30th, 2025. CLOT x adidas Stan Smith Beaded Releases This Week

0

Edison Chen’s CLOT label has been quietly racking up excellent Summer sneakers with adidas over the last few months. This week, they’re adding another to the list, a beaded pair of the iconic Stan Smith.

CLOT and adidas kicked off their partnership in late 2023, adapting a number of iconic Three Stripes models with new features and styling borrowed from dress shoes. As of late, they have switched focus a bit, instead remaking the same classic silhouettes with new details typically inspired by handmade crafts, like their woven-soled Stan Smith, a beaded take on the Gazelle, and mesh pairs of the Superstar for Summer.

This week, CLOT & adidas are adding another style to their Summer 2025 roster, revisiting the Stan Smith tennis shoe for another round. This time, the model retains its standard rubber midsole, and adds a beaded heel tab with small hanging tendrils for some extra flare. The shoe’s crisp leather upper comes in an all-white build, adding some small branding to each toe in a worn, printed finish. The heel sections come in a deep navy blue to complete the look.

Clot & adidas’ New Stan Smith Espadrille Pack Releases in July

0

Edison Chen and his CLOT label have spent the last 18 months reimagining adidas silhouettes with details from other styles of footwear. This Summer, the Stan Smith is getting the treatment with a new “Espadrille” pack.

CLOT’s partnership with adidas began at the end of 2023, in the same year that the Edison Chen-founded label released its final collaboration with Nike. The new exploration of footwear was a vast departure from their Nike releases, transforming adidas silhouettes with details from formal wear and other styles of footwear. This week, the first take on the Stan Smith has surfaced, coming soon.

CLOT’s version of the adidas Stan Smith takes inspiration from espadrille shoes, which use esparto grass rope as their midsole for a soft and pliable fit. Previously seen on their Gazelle collabs, the altered sole unit provides a slimmer, more streamlines look to the Stan. Two pairs are part of the Espadrille pack, one in the OG white leather with green heel tabs, and the second in an all-black suede build with a chenille heel counter in bright green.

adidas’ AE1 Low “Preloved Lime” Releases July 2025

Despite the appearance of an adidas AE2 sample late last year, the Three Stripes appears to be barreling ahead with new colors of the AE1 Low. This week, a new “Preloved Lime” edition has surfaced, slated for Summer.

adidas crafted a major hit with the Anthony Edwards AE1. The model has been on shelves for more than a year now, and after a remarkably popular debut, can be found in a wide variety of colors that are readily available. While we expected them to move on to the AE2 sometime soon, more colorways of the 1 Low are continuing to pop up, with another appearing today for an expected July release.

The latest style of the AE1 Low appears to pay homage to the Minnesota Timberwolves colors, though they are not quite an exact match. The “Preloved Lime” look pits the mesh and midsole portions in a shockingly bright lime green shade, with black for the inner pieces, and main cage sections. The carbon fiber heel counter also comes in black, with a bright teal adidas logo to complete the look.
