Reebok’s Premier line has seen a surge in popularity in 2020, as retro-styled shoes continue to dominate trends. This week, Packer unveiled their take on the Trinity Premier, featuring a dusty palette of grey, burgundy, and beige tones.

Reebok’ Premier running line has been releasing upper-echelon performance sneakers for several decades now, though their work is not always at the forefront of Reebok’s offerings. This year, however, has brought some change in that department, with the Premier line growing into the spotlight as technical performance running shoes continue to grow in popularity. The latest addition to the Premier lineup is the Trinity, a mesh and leather sneaker with a heavy dose of layering and major retro appeal. This week, Packer Shoes brand director Victor Kan showed off the Jersey retailer’s take on the fresh model, dousing the Trinity Premier in a palette of subtle tones. While the teaser images aren’t much to go on, we can clearly see a grey mesh base layer reinforced by numerous additions in a muted burgundy tone as well as sandy beige pieces. Finally, the single coolest detail of this release might be the dual branding on the heels, with Packer’s name redone in Reebok lettering so the left heel reads PKR, with RBK on the right. Additionally, in another photo posted to his Instagram, Kan shared a second potential colorway in burgundy, brown, and blue hidden behind two other past Packer collaborative shoes.

Packer Shoes’ next collaboration with Reebok, featuring the Trinity Premier runner, has not yet been announced for release, however, we are expecting them to drop sometime in the coming weeks. The special-edition release will likely be limited to just Packer and Reebok drops, and feature an elevated price tag above the Trinity’s usual $120.
