Nike’s Spring lineup for the Air Max 1 is growing, today adding a color scheme that mixes pink and green tones for an ice cream sundae-inspired look.
Releases of Nike’s classic Air Max 1 have been slowly stacking up over the past year, with plenty of special-edition drops and retro colorways for the shoe’s anniversary celebration last year. Now, it appears the Swoosh is gearing up to drop the retro runner in a wave of new colorways to beef up their in-line offerings. The latest palette is a big change from the Triple Black look we also saw this morning, going for a much brighter look that evokes an ice cream sundae. The pair in question begins with a white mesh base, adding mid layers in a faded pink hue, before adding a more traditional shade of pink for the leather overlays. Tongue tags and outsole add a hit of mint chip green, while hot pink Air bubbles and upper eyelets complete the look.
