The One Piece x Nike Air Max Plus pack released across September 2026 in three Devil Fruit colorways, “Gomu Gomu,” “Mera Mera” and “Ope Ope,” each priced at $210. Only the “Gomu Gomu” went through SNKRS, as a September 25 pre-order, while the other two pairs sold through select retailers. A One Piece apparel collection launched on SNKRS the same day as the “Gomu Gomu.”
Anime and manga keep gaining ground with Western audiences, and Netflix’s live-action One Piece series has pointed plenty of new readers toward a manga that is now well past 1,100 chapters. Sneaker brands have noticed: this pack landed in the same stretch as the Yu-Gi-Oh! x Crocs collection and adidas’s Pokémon 30th anniversary collection.
The One Piece x Nike Air Max Plus Devil Fruit Design
One Piece has worked with Crocs and streetwear brands in the past, but this project pairs it with Nike and one of the most recognizable silhouettes in the Nike Air Max family. Each Air Max Plus is inspired by one of the series’ Devil Fruits, which grant powers to whoever eats them, one user at a time. The three fruits represented here are the Gomu Gomu, Mera Mera and Ope Ope, and all three pairs sport a swirling pattern across the upper borrowed directly from the fruits themselves. Alongside the shoes, Nike produced a range of t-shirts bearing manga panels, a special co-branded logo and more.
