New Balance’s Made in USA series continues to impress, now under the direction of Aimé Leon Dore’s Teddy Santis. Releases are set to resume next week, including this “Incense” colorway of the 990v1.

Business is booming for New Balance, as the classic American brand continues to deliver excellent releases from their Made in USA line under the creative direction of Teddy Santis. So far, we’ve seen a number of different styles release, largely focusing on the early 990 versions, particularly the v1, v2, and v3 variations. This week, another exciting colorway has surfaced, in the for of the 990v1, and is already slated to release in less than a week. Dubbed “Incense”, this pair begins with a cream white mesh base layer, adding shaggy tan suede to the toe box and heel overlays. The midfoot is constructed from a cream white smooth suede, with jet black New Balance ‘N’ logos on either side, matching the interior lining and midsole accents.
