New Balance’s factories in the USA and England are known for crafting some of the most unique NB releases, distributing them around the world for special occasions. This week, the brand debuted the “Plaid” pack, featuring the 997 in a mix of tartan and plaid prints.

New Balance’s MADE creations are always worth keeping an eye on, as the brand is known to mix things up for an exciting new twist quite frequently. This week, the Boston-based brand has debuted a new two-pack of Made in USA sneakers, each clad in a mix of plaid and tartan prints to create the “Plaid Pack”. Already available overseas in Japan, the MiUSA Plaid Pack features two limited-edition shoes, the 997 and 1300, each decked out in an eye-catching color scheme. The 997 features a tartan print toe box in shades of the team, red, and black, which is framed by a deep burgundy suede mudguard. The 997’s quarter panels come in plain black, with a yellow-hued ‘N’ logo attached to either side of the shoe. Moving closer to the heels, a navy blue-based plaid pattern takes over the tongue, while a lighter version of Tartan accents the rear of the shoe, which is completed by a teal green heel counter.
