New Balance has set a release date for their latest Made in USA seasonal collection, dropping tomorrow. This launch includes a new all-leather pair of the 996 in a striking ‘Crimson’ red palette.
The Made in USA Seasonal Collections from New Balance have brought us a wide range of new colors of iconic silhouettes, largely crafted under the creative direction of Teddy Santis. This week, the Boston brand gave us a release date for their latest batch of releases, which features some all-leather styles of the 990v4 as well as this pair of the 996, and a small apparel capsule. The 996, originally released as a distance runner in 1988, is back with a fresh look this week, ditching its usual mesh & suede or nylon & leather construction for a full, premium leather build. The silhouette is doused in a bright ‘Crimson’ red shade, adding accents in black and white to avoid a completely tonal look.
