The beloved New Balance 992 is back, and fans of the silhouette are eating up each new release faster than the Boston brand can produce them. Luckily, New Balance has been producing an unprecedented amount of colorways, creating something for everyone who wants a pair along the way. This week, the Boston brand is gearing up to release a special new version of the Made in USA 992, which replaces the shoe’s usual mesh base layer with soft supima cotton instead. The move is likely to make this pair of the 992 more appealing to wear throughout the Winter, keeping your feet cozy in turbulent conditions. Otherwise, the new look features a contrasting purple and silver color scheme, with some off-white hints strewn throughout.
