New Balance’s Spring & Summer 2024 collection from the Made in USA line is coming to a close this month, wrapping up the latest series from creative director Teddy Santis. The last release is scheduled to arrive next week, and brings a new “Plum” purple color scheme with white and black for the 990v6.
The fourth Seasonal Collection of New Balance’s Made in USA line is coming to a close this month. Designed under the creative direction of Teddy Santis, the Spring/Summer ’24 collection featured a number of silhouettes from the brand’s catalog, but once again focused heavily on the recent 990v6. Several releases of the most recent 99x family runner have given the shoe new colors, and this series is finished off by another new style launching next week. The “Plum” style begins with an off-white mesh base layer, adding the mudguards and heel counters in cream shades of nubuck. The mid layers coming in black, while the plum purple shade covers the shoe’s branding and inner linings.
