After previewing their first Made in USA Seasonal Collection of 2024 last week, New Balance has slated their first pairs from the collection to release this week, including this “Grey Matter” 990v4.

New Balance is gearing up for their first Made in USA Seasonal Collection of 2024 this week, after taking a brief hiatus over the holidays. The project, still spearheaded by Teddy Santis, has refreshed their catalog of silhouettes, which they shared in an early preview last week. Now, the first batch has set a release date, coming later this week. The first batch of releases features the 990v6, 996, 998, and the 990v4, all of which are untied by a clean “Grey Matter” color scheme. Seen here on the v4, the look features an off-white mesh base, adding black mid layers and shades of grey for the outer nubuck and suede pieces. An additional cream midsole helps complete the look.

New Balance’s next colorway of the Made in USA 990v4 will be released alongside the first drops from the new Seasonal Collection on February 8th, 2024. The greyscale “Grey Matter” style will be available via the brand’s website as well as select retailers for $210.
