New Balance continues to unveil new colorways of their Made in USA project from creative lead Teddy Santis, with this black and tan iteration arriving in Spring 2023.
New Balance and Teddy Santis’s Season 2 of their Made in USA releases have been off to a good start so far, with a small handful of colorways already available from the new lineup. With plenty more on the way, we are starting to see more official imagery from the project, with this week bringing us our first close-up look at a new ‘Black’ colorway of the 990v3. This new pair begins with a dark grey mesh base layer, adding tan suede layers before covering the top with jet black suedes. The signature ‘N’ logos stand out in a metallic silver, while cream white laces and inner linings complete the look.

New Balance’s next release of the 990v3 Made in USA has not been given an official release date, though they are expected to arrive in stores sometime in the coming weeks. Featuring black and tan suede overlays, pairs will be available from both the brand’s website and select retailers, with the usual price of $200.
