New Balance is slowly gearing up to release their new 90/60 silhouette, tapping some exciting collaborators to assist with the launch. This week, Mowalola showed off two colorways as a part of their SS23 Paris Fashion Week presentation.

The New Balance 90/60 has yet to officially make its debut, and is already lining up collaborations to show off the new silhouette. Debuted in a partnership with JoeFreshGoods back in May 2022, and unveiled in a simple ‘Sea Salt‘ colorway this week, the wild new design from the Boston-based brand is sure to turn heads when it finally lands on retail shelves. This week, up-and-coming London fashion brand Mowalola showed off their take on the new sneaker, during a Spring/Summer 2023 presentation at Paris Fashion Week. Featuring two colorways, both pairs begin with a total black base across mesh and premium leather layers. Accent colors in striking green and purple shades adorn the outermost pieces of the shoe, while bold hot pink and yellow elements complete the new looks.

The first collaboration between London fashion brand Mowalola and New Balance, highlighting the new 90/60 in two colorways, is set to release next year for the brand’s SS23 season. Based in black with accents in either green or purple, the shoes will likely come with an elevated price tag, releasing from both New Balance and select retailers. UPDATE 11/11/22: Mowalola released their two pairs of the New Balance 9060 this morning, currently available directly from the brand’s website. While the green color will arrive via a global New Balance release on November 18th, the purple style is exclusive to the London-based fashion label. Interestingly, the pairs also have different price points, $205 for the green and $230 for the purple.
