Reebok’s archives of classic sneakers have surfaced as both canvas and inspiration to some of the best collaborations we’ve seen over the last year, a hot streak the UK-based brand is bringing with them into 2021. This week, Reebok unveiled its latest in a long line of high-profile projects, which sees them joining forces with legendary high fashion label Maison Margiela for a limited-edition project. Shared initially by Kim Kardashian, the collaboration takes Reebok’s Classic Leather running shoe, and rebuilds the front end in the style of Margiela’s famous Tabi boots, splitting the toebox between the second and middle toes. The silhouette features some other modifications to its construction, most notably a heightened midsole and brushed leather color scheme complete this high-end take on a classic sneaker.

The upcoming collaboration between Reebok and Maison Margiela, featuring the Classic Leather Tabi, has been scheduled to release later this month, on January 30th, 2021. Launching from both Reebok’s and Margiela’s websites, the Tabi Classic Leather will come with an elevated price tag of $300.
