It has been several years since the partnership between Fear of God and adidas was announced, and we have not seen much movement since. Today, however, the FOG Athletics Runner has surfaced, and is expected to debut this holiday season.

In April of this year, Fear of God hosted their inaugural runway show in Los Angeles, taking over the Hollywood Bowl for a special presentation that focused on their Athletics line, as well as the partnership with adidas. Showcasing a number of new apparel styles as well as a first look at the FOG Athletics Basketball shoe from the Three Stripes, fans of both brands have something to be excited about. News since then has been sparse, with the occasional look at a new color of the sneakers. This week, a brand new model has emerged, simply dubbed the Runner. Constructed from a ripstop base with suede overlays and cast in a simple grey and white colorway, the only piece that marks it as a FOG release is the branding on the heels.

The debut silhouette from Fear of God Athletics and adidas has not been announced for release yet, though they are rumored to launch sometime during the Holiday 2023 season. Dubbed the runner, this simple grey and white look will likely be available in limited numbers from adidas and select retailers, with no current estimate of the price tag.
