New information has just arrived regarding the Dior x Air Jordan partnership that will include many other things besides shoes, dubbed the “Air Dior” capsule.
With the help of Travis Scott, Dior and Jordan successfully made dozens of headlines today with their Air Dior capsule. While we know there will be a Jordan 1 High and now a Low, they also will have an invasive collection of sportswear-inspired luxury garments. “The collection balances timeless silhouettes from the Jordan and Dior vaults while bringing new life to classic sport styles…these pieces bring together the House’s exceptional tailoring expertise with a 1980s American sportswear feel inspired by the legendary Michael Jordan.”
The capsule will arrive in the likes of white, navy and Dior grey. While Jordan is known for athletic wear, when you join the athletic company with designer brand Dior, a wool suit, blazers, bomber jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts, shirts, polos, pants and even leather accessories will be releasing. Just the sneakers themselves were goi to be huge but Jordan and Dior did not miss their opportunity in making a huge statement to both of their communities.
The “Air Dior” capsule is expected to release this April along with both of the shoes at select Dior stores and pop up shops. As we get more details on what exactly the capsule will consist of, stay tuned to JustFreshKicks for ant and all updates moving forward.
