CLOT’s partnership with Nike officially ended this year, as the Hong Kong brand celebrates its twentieth anniversary in 2023. Ahead of their new partnership with adidas, the brand unveiled some new footwear concepts during a recent runway show.

Edison Chen’s CLOT is embarking on a new journey this year. With the brand turning twenty years old in 2023, the east-meets-west, high-fashion-meets-streetwear focused label is making some changes for the coming years, ending their longtime partnership with Nike and striking up a new one with adidas. This change was officially announced over the Summer, but this week we got an early preview of what to expect from CLOT and the Three Stripes during the brand’s SS24 runway show. The collection of conceptual sneakers primarily feature the Superstar, Gazelle, and Samba with some wild new looks, merging sneakers with elements of both formalwear and high fashion. Superstars are mounted on stitched leather midsoles with heavy treads, while the Gazelle gets a fully woven upper and soft leather soles. Meanwhile, the Samba borrows a beaded upper while other models get features inspired by brogues and loafers.
