The Jumpman is gearing up for the holiday season with tons of special releases. This week we have an early look at a new pair of the Air Jordan 3, falling on Sant’s “Not Nice” list with a dark new color scheme.
The holiday season is always a busy time for Nike and Jordan Brand. With adults and kids alike looking to unwrap something special in December, they flood the release calendar with plenty of high-profile drops, mostly through specialty in-line releases. The Air Jordan 11 is ever-present around the holidays, and this year we are reportedly getting multiple iconic colorways for the anniversary of Space Jam. The Air Jordan 3 will also be in on the themed releases this year, which include a red “Santa” themed pair for kids, and now the “Not Nice” pair pictured here. This look is a much darker, less cheery holiday release, following in the footsteps of the “Krampus” SB Dunk from 2025. The new style features a cracked leather for the upper’s main panels in black, with a tan or brown color showing through. The elephant print toe cap and heels also come in black, with the namesake pattern in a striking red tone. Anthracite black nubuck makes up the shoe’w mudguard, while the standard TPU heel counter has been replaced with suede. For an added premium elements, the Nike Air branding on the heels and molded pull tab ribbing are instead embroidered in black with red outlines, while the insoles feature the phrase “checked it twice”, a nod to Santa’s naughty-or-nice list.
AIR JORDAN 3 “NOT NICE” RELEASE INFORMATION
The latest pair of the Jumpman’s Air Jordan 3 to surface with a holiday-themed look is currently expected to arrive in November 2026, though no date has been officially announced yet. The “Not Nice” AJ3 appears to be a companion to the kids’ “Santa” look, and builds on colors and themes from last year’s “Krampus” SB Dunk. Pairs will be available from both Nike and select retailers, pricing is expected to be in the $200 range.
