The Air Jordan 1 Low MM series first launched early this year, and was designed to bring interesting new styles and constructions to the iconic shoe. Next year, an all-satin pair is coming, with an “Earth” color scheme.
The Air Jordan 1 Low MM is returning with a new look next year. Short for Method of Make, the series featured both low and high-top pairs of the AJ1. The high-top featured a deconstructed, layered look, while the low added woven elements to the design with an emphasis on unique manufacturing methods. Now, the shoe returns with a new all-satin look in 2025.
Jordan Brand has experimented with all-satin shoes before, with each try largely heralded as a great success. Now, the AJ1 Low MM is getting the all-satin treatment, with some edits to its design for a simplified look. No more toe perforations, and the shoes panels are divided by simple stitching lines. The first color of the new look is a tonal “Earth” style, a red-brown hybrid with a luxurious feel with the satin textile.
