Reebok’s Club C might be one of the hottest sneakers currently sailing under the radar. The classic trainer has been dominating fashion circles recently, and exciting projects like this week’s release from Adsum are only adding to the legend.

Tennis shoes have been making a comeback in the fashion world, starring in recent campaigns as the sleek lifestyle silhouette you’re missing, and for the most part, they are not wrong. However, there’s really only one you need, and its the Reebok Club C. Debuted back in the ’80s, the popularity of the vintage silhouette is at an all-time high in 2020, thanks to some exciting releases and collaborations from the 35th-anniversary pairs to Eric Emanuel’s collegiate-inspired collection. Now, Reebok has another special release in the works, this time crafted with New York City’s Adsum. The new color scheme paints the classic trainer in a thick layer of chocolate tones, from the toebox to the inner lining, even the typical Reebok branding on the lateral sides. This dark upper is mounted on top of a clear black midsole, while white Adsum branding completes the look.

The next project from New York’s Adsum and Reebok, featuring the classic Club C, has been scheduled to release later this week, on September 18th, 2020. The chocolate-dipped colorway of the classic trainer will likely be available for $100 or more, exclusively from Adsum this Friday, with no word on a general release.
