Much like the Triple Black and Triple White variations, the Burgundy Ultra Boost 1.0 is looked at as one of the grails in the UB collection and the sneaker will be returning this month.
A couple of years ago when the Ultra Boost was at its prime, the sneaker was coveted like no other. Boost technology was new on the market, Kanye was sporting pairs every time he was in the public eye and runners had made their way up the charts for the most coveted style of shoe. While the UB reaped many benefits of the timing, the sneaker is still loved and adored by many fans around the world, and with the return of editions like this one, many stragglers that have left the Boost world get brought right back in.
Officially dressed in Maroon and Core Black, the edition featured Burgundy detailing throughout its primeknit upper in two different shades for contrast and texturization. Tonal accents are then used on the laces and Three Stripes lace cage while a black heel piece is added to the design which gives the eye a break from the all over burgundy design. A white midsole and black rubber outsole do the same as they finish off the new offering.
