adidas is going all in on eSports. After the brand announced a historic signing of Ninja last month, the Three Stripes have teamed up with French gaming team Vitality for a special-edition releas of the Made in Germany AM4 in the team’s colors.
The adidas AM4’s versatility in its design has made it a powerhouse for the Three Stripes over the past several years. Thanks to the sleek silhouette being produced exclusively in the brand’s American & German Speedfactories, the AM4 can be adjusted to a new look and produced in a full size run in just a matter of weeks. In the past, the shoe has taken on projects for every category under adidas’ umbrella of sport, but this week is a first. Teaming up with France’s Team Vitality, adidas Originals has released a special-edition color scheme exclusively for the eSports organization. The look features a geometric pattern across the upper in Vitality’s yellow, black, and white color scheme with targeted support around the heels as well as VIT.01 branding.

adidas’ latest release of the Speedfactory AM4 launched earlier this morning, and is now available for purchase. The special-edition release is exclusively available through Team Vitality’s website, though sizes are starting to sel out at $160 each.
