Young Thug’s Sp5der brand is back with another adidas release this week. Celebrating a pop-up event in NYC, attendees will have exclusive access to their adiZero F50 Formotion in metallic silver.
Sp5der is quickly becoming a frequent partner for adidas, bringing their spider-inspired graphic design ethos to a range of Three Stripes sneaker models. Their relationship started last year, with the Atlanta-based brand issuing their take on the Superstar through ComplexCon, before beginning a wider rollout early in 2026. Now, they are expanding the scope of their footwear releases under the adi umbrella, moving from the court and street classic Superstar to a runner silhouette; the adiZero F50 Formotion. Unveiled this week, the model combines a sole unit commonly seen on Ozweego models with an upper inspired by the iconic F50 soccer boot. Sp5der’s take on the model is nothing less than flashy, dressing the entire shoe in a metallic silver sheen, with full chrome accents wrapped around the heels. Pairs are set to release this weekend at the brand’s pop-up event in NYC (details below), where the first ten people in line will get a pair for free.

The two are hosting a pop-up event in New York City tomorrow, where Sp5DER will release their latest apparel collection. Pairs of their unreleased adiZero F50 Formotion will also be available, and the first ten attendees in line will go home with their size completely free of charge. The pop-up will be hosted at 45 Grand St., with hours from 10AM to 8PM.
