After making its wide release debut in May, adidas fully-3D-printed ClimaCool shoes are stacking up new colorways. This week, the shoe’s Laced variant has surfaced in a smooth “Wonder Taupe” style, slated for a holiday season release.
Adidas’ 3D-printed Climacool is the brand’s first full shoe built entirely through additive manufacturing, upper, midsole, lattice structure and all. The off-white slip-on first surfaced in Fall 2024, and became widely available globally by May 2025. It features a breathable open lattice design offering 360-degree airflow, built-in arch support, and heel cushioning. Adidas later released a “Climacool Laced” version, adding traditional lacing and a tongue for more adjustability and comfort. This season, new colorways of the Laced variant are lining up for release.
The latest style of adidas’ ClimaCool Laced brings another tonal look to the model, a slight departure from the back and “Glory Grey” pair that the version debuted in back in August. Instead, the model comes dipped entirely in a “Wonder Taupe” shade, that appears as a very pale and muted pink hue. This color has also surfaced on a similar non-laced addition, though that pair features black Three Stripes, and an added outsole piece for better durability.
