The adidas Hyperturf made its debut last Fall, as part of the brand’s Adventure lineup of silhouettes. Now, new colorways have arrived for the new year, including this neutral ‘Sand Strata’ look, available now.
adidas has been narrowing in a specific market over the past few years, designing a range of sneakers with outdoor, utilitarian styles but are meant for everyday wear in urban environments. Featuring their signature adiPrene+ cushioning and rugged details like ripstop textiles and large-lugged outsoles, their lineup of these models recently coalesced under the Adventure banner, including the Hyperturf model that debuted in 2022. This week, the Hyperturf Adventure has added a few new color schemes to its lineup, including this ‘Sand Strata’ look. The new pair begins with a dark grey mesh base layer, adding synthetic textile overlays in ‘Sand Strata’ and ‘Earth Strata’ tones. Ballistic nylon overlays on the toes and collars come in Shadow Red, while coyote brown heels flesh out the color palette. Finally, a hint of neon green in the midsole completes the look.
