Todd Snyder and New Balance are back with another surprise collaboration. This time around, Snyder takes inspiration from his time spent in Hudson, NY to create a unique colorscheme for this luxurious 997.

New Balance’s hot streak of collaborations is continuing into 2020. This week, the Boston-based brand quietly unveiled their latest collaboration with Todd Snyder, marking their third release together this year. Following up on his 997 “Love” from June, Todd Snyder’s latest New Balance project also uses the 997 as a canvas, this time taking inspiration from Hudson, New York. The choice of materials and colors are meant to reflect the designer’s time spent in the upstate city, pulling details from the train station, the city’s surrounding folliage, main street, and implementing them through bison leather, veg-tan leather, and pigskin suede in shades of brown with striking teal accents.

Todd Snyder’s latest project with New Balance, a premium 997 inspired by the New York-based designer’s time in Hudson, released yesterday on December 13th, 2019. The subtley colorful take is still available in a wide size range via the Todd Snyder website for $235.
