East Coast mesnwer legends Todd Snyder and New Balance are reuniting this week, with the New York-based designer finally working on the hottest shoe of 2020, the 992. The “From Away” colorway launches tomorrow, exclusively from Snyder’s store.

Todd Snyder’s projects with New Balance always have a special way of catching our eye. Whether it is through a bright and unmissable color scheme, like the “Hudson” 997, or simply a clean colorway, like the “Ale” 990v3, they knock it out of the park every time. This week, the two are teaming up for their first project of the new year, celebrating in style with Snyder’s “From Away” take on the beloved 992, one of the most popular footwear models of 2020. Imbuing the 992 with unmissable “Todd Snyder vibes”, this release begins with a patchwork camo woven base layer, replacing the shoe’s typical mesh underlay. The mid-layers are constructed from a lush brown leather, while the usual suede outer layers come in a matching brown hue. White laces and white leather ‘N’ logos add some depth to the palette, while a bright red tone highlights the various New Balance and 992 branding.

The latest project from Todd Snyder and New Balance, featuring the 992, has been scheduled to release tomorrow February 9th, 2021. Launching exclusively from the New York designer’s website, each pair of the premium sneakers will run you a cool $275, no surprise given Snyder’s past projects.
