New Balance has been on fire with their collaborative releases lately, particularly with the use of the 990v3. This week, Miami-based brand Stray Rats shared the latest in their work with NB, displaying a Joker-inspired new 990v3 that launches next month.

The last release from New Balance and Stray Rats dropped back in May of this year, which featured the fan-favorite 990v3 in an eye-catching purple & green color scheme. Now, it appears the partners are teaming up once more for another strikingly similar release, however, the latest version ties in The Joker from the DC Comic universe to match the limited-edition color scheme. The upcoming Stray Rats New Balance 990v3 features the same purple and green paneling around the midfoot and heel as the pair from earlier this year, though instead of using a light grey base for the mesh and midsole, the rest of the shoe has been blacked out, making the bright tones of the upper stand out a little more. Additionally, the insoles come with dual-branding from both Stray Rats and NB, as well as the official DC logo and the Joker’s face.
