New Details on the Stone Island x New Balance 991v2
The 991v2, which is a modern update to the classic 991 silhouette, has been gaining significant attention for its sleek design and premium construction. Stone Island, known for its innovative approach to materials and technical outerwear, has played a crucial role in ushering this new chapter for New Balance. Their latest collaboration on the 991v2 includes a never-before-seen colorway along with a couple of others that embody the meticulous attention to detail and material innovation Stone Island is famous for.
The teaser images showcase a Sand colorway of the 991v2, featuring premium suede and mesh construction alongside leather details. The design is marked by tonal hues across each panel, complemented by a mesh base. Notably, the tongue displays a velcro Stone Island patch, adding a distinctive touch. Underfoot, the shoe is equipped with a tonal foam midsole with FuelCell cushioning, paired with a rubber outsole, ensuring comfort and performance.
