size? has been insanely busy this year, releasing a string of archival adidas silhouettes amongst a number of other collaborations. However, there’s always time for another installment in their ongoing “Factory Floor” series with Vault by Vans, this time titled the “Patchwork III”.
The Factory Floor series continues. After size? and Vans teamed up for the first two parts of the project back in Summer 2018, the mismatched sneakers made from scraps sourced at Vans’ Anaheim manufacturing facility have taken a bit of a hiatus. No need to worry though, as size? announced the continuation of the beloved series earlier this week. Launching next week, the new installment in the collaborative “Factory Floor” series. This project focuses on the low-top Bold Ni, which is constructed from over a dozen various patterns and materials, including polka dots, pony hair, suede, canvas, and more. Another noticeable change from the first two releases is the complete absence of color on this release. Previously, pair were decked out in totally random colors, however, the Bold Ni goes for a greyscale look, utilizing a mostly black upper with shades of white and grey, and resting on top of an all-white midsole.

size? latest work with Vans, the Bold Ni “Patchwork III”, is scheduled to release next week on August 30th, 2019. The mismatched low-top sneakers will go for a retail price of $85, a slight jump due to the bespoke nature of each Factory Floor pair.
