size?’s exclusive releases have ramped up in frequency over the past few years, each telling a unique story from their homeland. This week, size? continues their celebration the history of punk music with the Vans Old Skool “English Invasion”

Last month, London-based retailer size? debuted a new project with Vans, celebrating the history of punk music in the United Kingdom and its influences around the world. The project began with a release of the Sk8-Hi, which recognized The Ramones influence on New York City in the early ’70s. Now, size? is returning to their home country for the next installment in the “History of Punk” line. The latest release from size? and Vans continues this celebration, this week paying homage to the Sex Pistols and their emergence in the late ’70s that led to a pop culture movement in London. This edition of the Old Skool features a number of patterns and materials, all of which harken back to the Sex Pistols, and some of which represent the cover of their only studio album Never Mind the Bollocks, Here’s the Sex Pistols. The lateral sides come in red, black, and yellow tartan prints, capped off by leopard fur overlays for the toe and heel counter. The lateral side is constructed from hot pink patent leather, while tumbled leather Jazz Stripes, while the date “11/06/1977” honors the date the single God Save the Queen reached #2 on the UK charts.
