Veja’s sporty sneakers have been a hit since they first exploded in popularity several years ago. In that time, the brand has caught the attention of designer Rick Owens, continuing his collaboration with the Portuguese brand with two new silhouettes this week.
Veja’s sleek and sporty footwear has slowly been infiltrating the ever-growing sneaker scene, as more and more sneakerheads flock to the easily-accessible, yet luxe, silhouettes. Offering both knit and leather shoes and everything in between, Veja has been able to capitalize on its newfound love from the sneaker community through a wide assortment of styles and colorways, although their ongoing collaboration with legendary avant-garde designer Rick Owens certainly helps. Today, the two released their latest entries in the ongoing project, this time debuting some of Veja’s first steps into the world of sustainability through recycled textile uppers and the brand’s first cork midsoles. Available in both mid and low-cut runner styles, both silhouettes come in your choice of three colorways. Black & white, Rust Orange & white, and plain white for the mids, as well as solid black, rust, and yellow for the lows.
