The Air Jordan 5 Low “PB&J” Releases in May

Jordan Brand and Nike are readying to release a new collection of sneakers and apparel specifically for children. The PB&J themed series will encompass a range of styles, including a smooth take on the Air Jordan 5 Low.

With Spring already here and Summer around the corner, sneaker brands are returning to their brighter, more colorful releases that are better suited to sunnier, warmer days. This year, Nike and Jordan Brand are including kids in the fun, working together to release a new collection of sneakers and apparel themed after a timeless childhood snack, the PB&J sandwich.

The PB&J theme is not a new concept for the Swoosh, with styles like the KD7 already featuring the iconic color scheme. Now, its Jordans turn, with a wave of new kids’ sneakers on the way soon. Among the styles is a fresh take on the Air Jordan 5 Low, releasing next month. This pair sports an all-white upper, adding its theme colors to the midsole in pink, red, and tan. Red branding adds another colorful accent, while pb&j inspired graphics for the outsoles and shoeboxes complete the look.

CdG Shirt x Asics GEL-Lyte III “Plaid” Pack Releases Spring 2025

0

Comme des Garçon’s Shirt division has reunited with Asics this season for another entry in their regular collaborations. This release once again features the GEL-Lyte III, cast in two colorful plaid makeups.

Comme des Garçon has numerous sub-labels under their main label, each dedicated to different aspects of fashion and either mens or women’s designs. Additionally, each label has a different collaborative partner in the sneaker world, teaming up regularly each year for special-edition new releases. One of the divisions, Shirt, is a division focused almost entirely on, well, shirts. However, they have a relationship with Asics through which they release colorful sneaker projects.

The last release from CdG Shirt and Asics came at the end of 2024, when the two teamed up for bright, tonal editions of the Nunobiki trail running shoe. This week, they have quietly launched their latest project, which returns to the GEL-Lyte III for two eye-catching new styles. Both are covered from toe to heel in pastel plaid prints, one pink-based and the other in red. The red style is generally darker, but both incorporate bright, pastel tones, perfect for the Easter holiday this month.

CdG x Nike Air Sense 96 Pack Releases This Week

0

Comme des Garçon has a huge lineup of sneaker releases for the next few seasons, partnering with a wide range of brands. This week, official images of their Nike Air Sense 96 pack have surfaced, coming soon.

CdG and its various sub-labels have become a go-to source for what sneaker brands are planning for the future. Founded by Rei Kawakubo, the brand is often the first to debut new retros or brand new models, often teasing them months ahead of time during their many runway shows. Last Summer, the Homme division teased a new Nike model, now known as the Air Sense 96, which will make its debut soon.

The new Air Sense 96 from Nike and CdG is an unusual project for the longtime partners. The silhouette merges the older Air Max 96 upper with the sole unit from the ISPA Sense model from a few years back into one. The unusual mashup creates a chunky new runner style, which CdG has crafted three colorways for their Spring release. As usual, they will offer plain all black and all white styles, with contrasting Swooshes on each. The third is much more eye-catching, featuring a hot pink leather overlay on top of a white base.

Asics’ GEL-Nimbus 10.1 “Lemon Spark” Drops Soon

0

Last Fall, Asics introduced the GEL-Nimbus 10.1 to their lineup, an upgraded version of some of their older running models. This season, we are getting a handful of new colors, including this bright “Lemon Spark” edition.

Warmer and sunnier days are almost here, and sneaker brands are ditching their neutral Fall and Winter color palettes in favor of brighter, more eye-catching looks for Spring. Asics is still at the top of their game, as retro running shoes continue to dominate release calendars, and their GEL-Nimbus 10.1 from last year is back with a fresh wave of styles for 2025.

This week, we have our first look at one of Asics’ louder takes on the Nimbus 10.1 we’ve seen since the shoes debut last year. Dubbed “Lemon Spark”, this style pits nearly the entire shoe in a vivid neon yellow tone while mixing in some mesh panels in kelp green to give the palette a little more depth. The shoe’s heel counter comes in a dark navy blue shade to offset the bright colors, and adds small hints of lilac purple to the lacing system and branding to complete the look.

ASICS GEL-NIMBUS 10.1 “LEMON SPARK” RELEASE INFORMATION

Asics has not yet announced the release of their next batch of GEL-Nimbus 10.1 styles, but the Spring/Summer colors are expected to release soon. Seen here in the “Lemon Spark” iteration with just a hint of lilac purple accents, pairs will be available from both the brand’s website and select retailers for $170.

Nigo Teases a “White Croc” Style of His Nike Air Force 3

Nigo and Nike are back with a new entry in their partnership this year. The Japanese designer will continue to iterate on his Air Force 3 design, with a crisp “White Croc” pair expected to release later in 2025.

Nigo first announced his collaborative partnership with Nike about two years ago now, in 2023. The Japanese designer and founder of BAPE did not release his first project until a year and a half later, in Fall 2024, which features a fairly unconventional choice of sneaker, the Air Force 3. Originally released in 1988, the AF3 never quite had the same public appeal as the original, and was shelved in the Nike archive for years. Now, Nigo has released a handful of colors over the past six months, and is now teasing a new release for 2025.

This week, Nigo was photographed wearing a fresh take on his Air Force 3 silhouette, with some material changes and a simplified color scheme. His first released featured, bold, striking color blocking, but the next pairs seem to scale that back significantly, leaning into a tonal build. In the two photos below, one pair appears to be in a veg-tan leather shade while the other is pure white, though this is likely just a lighting trick. the new style features a crocodile leather mudguard and gold Nike branding and ornaments, over a plain white base.

NIGO X NIKE AIR FORCE 3 “WHITE CROC” RELEASE INFORMATION

The next release from Japanese designer Nigo and Nike has not been announced yet, but will likely release sometime later in 2025. Once again featuring the Air Force 3, the latest pair sports a crisp all-white crocodile leather look, and will likely be available from both partners and select retailers for $150.

Nike’s “Easter” Air Force 1 Low Releases in April

This month marks the Easter celebration, and sneaker brands always leap at the opportunity to roll out bright new colorways for Spring in honor of the holiday. This year, the Air Force 1 Low gets a colorful new look with woven panels, coming soon.

Easter is an oddly beloved holiday by sneaker brands. The annual celebration marks the first major holiday of the calendar year, and gives brands a chance to roll out bright, colorful, and playful new styles at the start of Spring, as we move further away from the cold and dreary Winter months. With the holiday just around the corner, we have an official look at Nike’s offering this year, an Easter basket-inspired pair of the Air Force 1 Low.

Nike’s latest Easter-themed offering for the Air Force 1 brings some eccentric new details to the shoe. This pair appears to be inspired by children’s Easter baskets, from the golden woven base panels to the crinkle-cut paper sockliners and packaging. The shoe’s leather overlays come in Summit White, and are accented by metallic blue & green Swooshes and heel counters. Dark brown sockliners match the shoe’s dark outsoles, while pastel details make up the rest of the color blocking.

NIKE AIR FORCE 1 LOW “EASTER” RELEASE INFORMATION

Nike’s new “Easter”-themed style of the Air Force 1 will release just before the holiday this month, on April 17th, 2025. European retailer 43Einhalb currently has the colorful style scheduled to release that day, with Nike’s global release likely to coincide around the same time. Pairs will be available for $130.

The Air Jordan 1 Low OG Gets a New “Sail” Look in Spring 2026

Speculative Mockup

Around this time of year, sneaker leakers gain access to what is in the works from Jordan Brand for the next calendar year, giving us a lengthy wait to look forward to new styles. This week, we have news of a “Sail” Air Jordan 1 Low OG, coming Spring 2026.

Jordan retro releases dominate our release calendar every year, as the brand still has a stranglehold on sneaker culture as a whole. With special anniversary celebrations seemingly every year (this year the AJ1 turns forty), each season is jam-packed with exciting new colors and re-releases of our favorite models. While the AJ1 is having a big year so far, it will stick around for some new styles in 2026, like the latest pair of the Low version to emerge.

Yesterday, we talked about a new leak of the Air Jordan 1 Low for 2026, which will bring a new “Medium Olive” palette to the classic silhouette. Today, another new leak brings us news of a second fresh color scheme for the Spring lineup, which brings a likely all-white “Sail” look to the AJ1 Low OG. The mockup here from @zSneakerheadz and SneakerFiles shows what is essentially an update to the “Particle Grey” release from last year, though the color palette itself suggests otherwise. The look will mix Sail, Off-White, and Coconut Milk shades of white for the new crisp style.

AIR JORDAN 1 LOW OG “SAIL” RELEASE INFORMATION

The latest addition to Jordan Brand’s 2026 sneaker lineup does not have a release date yet, but will arrive sometime next Spring. Giving the iconic shoe a new “Sail” and Off-White look, pairs will be available from both Nike and select retailers. No official price tag yet, but we expect the usual $140.

The Air Jordan 1 Low OG Goes “Medium Olive” in 2026

Speculative Mockup

The Air Jordan 1 has been a huge piece of Nike’s lifestyle offerings in recent years, and will continue to be a staple in 2026. This week, a new leak has shown details of a fresh “Medium Olive” colorway, coming next year.

Nike will be easing up on the throttle for some of their most beloved models in the coming future. Since 2020, Dunk and Air Jordan 1 releases have been out of control, breaking the dam on decades of carefully curated exclusivity, keeping their most iconic models as hyped as they were in the 2010s. While the Swoosh will be scaling these shoes back significantly, they will not just disappear, and new leaks for 2026 suggest the Air Jordan 1 Low OG will be as relevant as ever.

The past few months have been full of leaked information and new images of next year’s releases from Nike and Jordan Brand. The latter seems very focused on some of their other mainline Jordan retros, but this week new information suggests the Air Jordan 1 will stay as prevalent in sneaker culture as ever. Among the new leaks is a fresh take on the AJ1 Low OG, which will give the shoe a new “Medium Olive” color scheme. The muted green tone will be paired with white, sail and black, though the exact color blocking is currently unknown.

AIR JORDAN 1 LOW OG “MEDIUM OLIVE” RELEASE INFORMATION

The latest addition to Jordan Brand’s 2026 sneaker lineup does not have a release date yet, but will arrive sometime next year. Giving the iconic shoe a new “Medium Olive” look, pairs will be available from both Nike and select retailers. No official price tag yet, but we expect the usual $140.

The Air Jordan 1 High OG “Cool Grey” Releases in 2026

Speculative Mockup

Despite Nike scaling back the Air Jordan 1’s availability moving forward, we will still see new colorways in 2026. This week, a fresh “Cool Grey” pair has emerged, seen here in a potential mockup, coming next year.

The Air Jordan 1 broke free of the restraints Nike has kept the iconic shoe under several years ago, and has been running rampant with new colorways ever since. However, during a recent investor earnings call, the Swoosh declared that they would be scaling back numbers on some specific silhouettes, the AJ1 and Dunk, citing the over-saturation of the market in their reasoning. However, that does not mean they will simply disappear.

This week, a new colorway of the Air Jordan 1 High OG has been rumored to be joining their 2026 release slate, though currently we only have color and style codes for the new model. Seen here in a potential mockup, the fan-favorite “Cool Grey” tone will cover this new look, and is paired with a white leather base, sail white tongues and midsoles, and black Swooshes and collars. The final piece is a small Game Royal accent, currently speculated to be the shoe’s outsoles and tongue tags.

AIR JORDAN 1 HIGH OG “COOL GREY” RELEASE INFORMATION

The latest addition to Jordan Brand’s 2026 sneaker lineup does not have a release date yet, but will arrive sometime next year. Giving the iconic shoe a new “Cool Grey” look with black and royal blue accents, pairs will be available from both Nike and select retailers. No official price tag yet, but we can expect them to go fro $180 or more.
