The SNS x adidas GT II “6th Edition” Releases Next Week

0

Swedish retailer SneakerNStuff has always caught our attention with their collaborations. This week, the store unveiled their next entry in the adidas GT II series, the model’s 6th Edition. Dressed in purple and yellow, pairs release to the public next week.

The SNS GT II is a collaborative trainer line from Sneakersnstuff and adidas Originals, launched around 2024-25. It fuses terrace-inspired heritage silhouettes, mixing tooling from the adidas Handball Spezial and the Malmö, with updated materials like nylon, mesh, suede overlays, leather linings, and Cordura. The design draws heavy inspiration from Stockholm’s ’90s rave/club culture, featuring bold color palettes, premium accents, gum soles, and co-branding. Each “edition” introduces a fresh colorway and slight design tweaks but keeps core heritage DNA alive.

Following their last edition of the GT II in June, SNS has unveiled the 6th Edition style, releasing later this month. This new pair marks the third release of the silhouette so far in 2025, and as fans of the model we are happy to see it. The new color scheme is an ode to the flyers and posters that epitomized Stockholm’s rave scene in the 1990s. The silhouette gets a colorful upgrade, sporting two pastel shades of purple for this pair’s mesh base and suede overlays. Stripes and heel counters come in a neon yellow shade, while adidas’ signature blue branding stands out on the tongues.

The Nike Ava Rover Gets an “Earth” Makeover for Fall 2025

0

Nike launched the Ava Rover, an urban runner-style model over the Summer. We got the chance to review the shoe, and loved it. This week, we have an official look at a new “Earth” brown style, coming soon.

The Nike Ava Rover is a new lifestyle-sportswear sneaker launched in mid-2025, engineered especially for urban environments. It introduces ReactX foam cushioning, taken from Nike’s performance running line, into a lifestyle shoe for the first time. The new foam, an evolution of the React material introduced in 2017, provides superior energy return and all-day comfort. A lightweight woven upper with flow-molded TPU overlays adds structure, while a reductive rubber outsole handles wet or rough pavement with traction.

The Ava Rover made its debut with five different colorways available over the Summer, and recently we’ve had early looks at a number of new styles for the Fall 2025 season. This week, official images of an “Earth” brown pair have emerged, slated for an October release. The dark brown tone with some red tinge to it makes up all of the textile sections of the silhouette, down to the stitching. The rest of the shoe comes in black, including the small embroidered Swoosh along the forefoot.

Check out our review of the Ava Rover for a summary of the new silhouette’s performance.

Crocs Expands Their New EXP Line With the Gallery Shoe

0

Crocs has been on fire with their new silhouettes this year. Today, one of the brand collaborations & special projects designers unveiled a new model for their EXP line, the Gallery Shoe, making its debut this month in “Black Sand” and “Bark” styles.

Crocs has changed dramatically over the last few years, leaning into sneakerheads’ newfound love of comfort footwear, and leveraging that into an exploration of new styles and silhouettes. The brand has continued to use their Classic Clog as a platform for collaborations with high-profile IPs like Marvel, Pokémon, and more. For the more fashion-minded consumer, they’ve overhauled their offerings, bringing in partners like Salehe Bembury and Steven Smith to design brand new models. This year, the introduced EXP, a product line devoted to exploring bold and unique new styles with a focus on utility, style, and functionality.

This week, Crocs collaborations & special projects designer Ryan Forsyth unveiled the next new model for the EXP line, the Gallery Shoe. The new silhouette references the Tideline Sport from 2012, which paired a loafer-style upper with a rugged rubber sole. The Gallery Shoe takes that a step further, blending a Wallabee-style suede moccasin with a hefty, trail ready sole unit. The sole features extended sections around the toes and heels for added support, and ocme in a thick layer of rubber to protect the less durable suede underneath. Two colorways are primed for the shoe’s launch this month, a dark “Black Sand” and a lighter “Bark” tan shade.

Crocs has scheduled the debut of their new EXP Gallery Shoe to arrive this month, on September 30th, 2025. Dressed in two colorways for its debut, Black Sand and Bark, pairs will be available as an exclusive drop for Crocs App. Combining moccasins with trail shoes, the new model will come with a price tag of $100.

0

DTLR is back with their next exclusive New Balance release this week. The DMV-based retailer has a special one for this drop, celebrating the roots of sneaker culture with the “Cornerstone” 990v6, limited to just 500 pairs.

The DMV’s DTLR has a strong collaborative relationship with New Balance, regularly releasing exclusive colors of some of the brand’s most popular models. Releases typically focus on local stories, highlighting important elements of DMV sneaker culture through specific colors or nods to local landmarks. These projects usually transform the sneakers with bright colors and vivid storytelling, and the latest collab is no different, celebrating the foundations of modern sneaker culture in the 1990s.

This week’s release features a new style of the 990v6, a model DTLR & NB have worked on together multiple times over. However, this one is a cut above the rest, as it has been limited to just 500 pairs releasing to the public. The mesh base layer and mid layers come in a flat grey tone, with black suede panels framing the shoe along the toes and heels. Tongues come in a highlighter green shade with N logos to match. Other accents include bright orange hits, a dash of purple for the outsoles, and royal blue details to complete the look.

adidas & Pharrell Preview Black & Royal Blue Pairs of the Jellyfish

Pharrell initially teased his next adidas shoe early this year, and we have anxiously been awaiting official updates ever since. Today, we have an early look at two new styles of the Jellyfish runner, coming this Fall.

Pharrell’s next signature shoe with adidas first appeared on our radar this year, and is finally in the hands of the public this week. Well, sort of. Celebrating Fashion Week in Paris, adidas and Pharrell’s team released a very limited stock of the wild new runner via a pop-up event, after the grey colorway was worn by the Clipse during their performance. The white and orange color scheme we first saw all those months ago is still in the pipeline, and today more new colors of the chunky model were teased ahead of the shoe’s Fall debut.

The Jellyfish runner is heavily insired by adidas’ Adistar Cushion 3, modifying the shoe significantly by adding molded plastic paneling and a heftier sole unit underfoot. Today, new photos emerged showing off two colors for the model, which are currently expected to release during the Fall 2025 season. One pair comes in a simple triple black build, adding some small 3M accents to the lacing loops. The second pair features what seems to be the main color blocking for the model, utilizing a white base with some light grey panels, and a colorful streak down the middle, in this case, a deep Royal Blue shade.

PHARRELL X ADIDAS JELLYFISH RELEASE INFORMATION

The rollout for the new Jellyfish model by Pharrell and adidas is finally underway, with the debut pairs released exclusively in Paris this week. There is no official date for the global release yet, but it is expected sometime in Fall 2025. Seen here in the triple black and ROyal Blue styles, pairs will likely be available from both adidas and select retailers, with the hefty price tag of $300.

First Look at the Air Force 1 Low Vibram in “Triple White” Releasing Summer 2026

0

Nike’s Air Force 1 has been the canvas for many, many special projects and unique releases since its debut in 1982. This year we’ve heard word of a new collection giving the model Vibram soles, and this week we have our first look at the triple white pair from the upcoming series.

Vibram was founded in 1937 by Italian mountaineer Vitale Bramani after a tragic climbing accident that highlighted the dangers of inadequate footwear. He developed the first rubber lug sole, the Carrarmato, offering superior grip, durability, and weather resistance compared to traditional leather soles. Vibram quickly became the standard in mountaineering boots and later expanded into hiking, work, and military footwear. Today, Vibram is renowned worldwide for its yellow-logo soles, collaborations across sports and fashion, and for selling their midsole designs to independent brands for their in-house footwear releases.

This year, we’ve heard plenty of talk about an upcoming release from Nike, pairing Vibram soles with their iconic Air Force 1. Originally expected to release in Summer 2026, we now have a first look at one of their three colorways, a simple triple white look. The uppers for this collection will lean away from full leather, using a mix of tumbled leather and fabric for a more utilitarian, street-ready look. The shoe’s usual perforated toe has been removed in favor of indents, and the Gore-Tex dubrae at the toe tells us exactly why, these shoes were made for all-weather purposes. The collection will also include a triple black style as well as a “Silt Red” look, neither of which we’ve seen yet.

NIKE AIR FORCE 1 LOW VIBRAM “TRIPLE WHITE” RELEASE INFORMATION

Nike has not yet announced a release for their upcoming special edition pairs of the Air Force 1 Low featuring Vibram soles. Originally expected to release in Summer 2026, the appearance of official imagery from the Swoosh this week means we could see pairs on shelves this Winter. Seen here in a triple white style with “Velocity Yellow” Vibram accent, pricing for this special release is currently unknown.

Legendary Designer Steven Smith Has a Crocs Shoe On The Way

0

Last year, the legendary sneaker designer Steven Smith, known for his work with New Balance, Reebok, and Yeezy, was announced as the Head of Creative Innovation for Crocs. This week, we have our first look at his debut design with the clog brand.

Steven Smith, often called the “Godfather of Dad Shoes,” is a legendary sneaker designer whose career spans over three decades. He began at New Balance in the 1980s, where he created icons like the 574 and 997. Later, at Reebok, he designed the InstaPump Fury, pushing futuristic aesthetics. Smith also worked with Nike and adidas before joining Kanye West at YEEZY as design director, where he helped create fan-favorites like the 700 “Waverunner”, the Foam RNNR, and 450. Last year, Crocs announced they’d hired Smith as their Head of Creative Innovation, and now the first new works are almost here.

After teasing his debut design with Crocs recently, it appears Steven Smith has gifted a pair to IG user @philiplpost, who showed off the shoe in detail this morning. This is our best look yet at the next sneaker from Smith, and it seems to incorporate plenty of elements we’ve seen elsewhere in the molded foam sneaker-verse. The shoe’s profile appears to be quite slim, with the collar resting below the wearer’s ankles. The main body of the shoe is sleek, dressed in a plain white tone in the pair seen here, but adds concentric portions on either side for both the forefoot and heel sections. These pieces radiate outward from a central hole for airflow, and come in blue. The look is completed by three teardrop shaped perforations down the tongue area of the silhouette.

STEVEN SMITH X CROCS SILHOUETTE RELEASE INFORMATION

Very little is known about the debut release from designer Steven Smith and Crocs, but the new silhouette could be primed for a late 2025 release. For now, we don’t even know the name of the shoe, just that it comes from the mind of the incredible Yeezy, New Balance, and Reebok designer. Pairs will likely be available exclusively through Crocs channels.

While specific details about the colorway remain under wraps, early sources indicate that the shoe will feature a combination of Sail, Black, Muslin, and Military Blue hues. These colors have been a hallmark of past collaborations between Travis Scott and Fragment Design, sparking speculation that this release might follow a similar design language. Fans of both brands are eagerly awaiting further details. This collaboration is expected to be one of the most sought-after releases of the year.

The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG SP will likely include the signature reversed Swoosh, a distinctive feature that has become synonymous with Travis Scott’s Air Jordan collaborations. The PSG x Air Jordan 4 RM Releases During the Holiday 2025 Season

The team-up between Paris Saint Germain and Jordan Brand has expanded dramatically over the last few years. This week, we have an early look at a new pair of the PSG Air Jordan 4 RM, releasing this holiday season.

Jordan Brand has its hands in a number of different professional sports aside from basketball, from baseball to golf. This expansion of their brand has brought about a wide range of special partnerships, but perhaps none are more unusual than their ongoing collaboration with Paris Saint Germain. The French football team has been working closely with the Jumpman since 2019, regularly releasing a range of footwear and apparel to outfit their fans with PSG logos.

This week, another upcoming project from PSG and Jordan has surfaced, currently expected to release late in 2025. Moving away from the mainline, iconic Jordan models for this drop, the Air Jordan 4 RM is the canvas for a new release. Sticking to their standard color palette, the model comes mostly in black and Anthracite, with some additions of white to the TPU cage and midsole. PSG crests appear on both heels under a semi-translucent heel counter, while special photo insoles complete the look.

Nike SB Dunk Low “Persian Violet” Releases October 2025

Nike SB has a new release of their Dunk Low coming later this year, which riffs on another of their releases from 2020, which itself was a riff on a classic ACG color scheme. Very meta. check out the “Persian Violet” pair, coming soon.

In 2020, Nike opened the floodgates of the Dunk Low and swamped the market with new and retro releases. While they have continued to produce hundreds of new colors in the five years since then, the SB team has kept their version relatively limited, producing seasonal colors and collaborations and only releasing them through local skate shops. One of their releases in 2020 was the “Terra” series, which borrowed classic colorways form the ACG catalog, reformatting them for the Dunk.

This week, a new “Persian Violet” color scheme of the SB Dunk Low has surfaced, which looks strikingly similar to one of their Terra releases from five years ago. However, this pair is not the Pro version of the shoe, and makes some slight changes to colors and materials. The new look sports a black suede underlay with vivid purple suede overlays. This pair swaps the yellow laces from 2020 for Cinnamon red, matching the shoe’s Nike branding and midsole stitching. The white speckled midsole has also been swapped out for an all black rubber unit.

NIKE SB DUNK LOW “PERSIAN VIOLET” RELEASE INFORMATION

Nike SB’s latest standard-issue release has officially been announced for October 2025. The “Persian Violet” colorway will be available from both local skate shops and Nike’s release platform SNKRS, with a price tag of $115.

Nike’s Gore-Tex Dunk Low Appears in “Ceramic” Shades

0

While Nike has announced plans to scale back Dunk releases going forward, they are still outfitting us with a durable new Gore-Tex edition of the sneaker for wet weather this year. Check out the “Ceramic” style, coming soon.

One of the best parts about Fall & Winter sneaker styling is the addition of waterproof elements in our favorite styles. Instead of needing rain boots all the time, brands like Nike, adidas, and New Balance have often turned to Gore-Tex to create weather-resistant versions of some of our favorite sneakers. This year, Nike’s Dunk Low is getting the GTX treatment, letting us brave harsher weather without the risk of ruining a great pair of sneakers.

This week we have our first official look at the Dunk Low Gore-Tex through retailer images. The model first popped up this Summer in a striking “Crimson” red color scheme, and now a second style has finally surfaced. This new pair dresses the shoe in a mix of Wheat brown and Ceramic orange shades. The former color makes up the silhouette’s leather overlays, while the latter is used for the base layer of the shoe. Swooshes come in a rubberized material, molded into shape and cast in black for this style. Neon red inner linings and Gore-Tex branding complete the look.

NIKE DUNK LOW GORE-TEX “CERAMIC” RELEASE INFORMATION

Nike has yet to officially announce the debut of their new Gore-Tex edition Dunk Low. However, the model is expected to launch in Fall 2025 ahead of the rainy Winter season. The latest pair dresses the shoe in Fall-ready Wheat and Ceramic Orange tones, and will be available from both Nike and select retailers for $150.

Nike Outfits the Air Force 1 in Realtree Camo for Fall

0

Summer has hardly begun, and already we are getting early looks at some of the Fall styles of our favorite sneakers. This week, we have an early look at a new pair of the Air Force 1 from Nike, blacked out with a Realtree camouflage pattern.

The Air Force 1 has proven time and time again that it deserves its place in the pantheon of all-time great sneakers. Nike’s dedication to the iconic shoe, constantly keeping the model refreshed with new styles, has kept it an essential part of the streetwear world for over forty years now. While they have seemingly experimented with nearly every color combination and material under the sun, the Swoosh still manages to surprise us with an excellent new take on the silhouette.

This week brings us a new style of the Air Force 1 Low that is one of those fun, unexpected takes on the shoe. Dressed and ready for the fast approaching Fall weather, this pair gives the AF1 a Realtree camouflage makeover, but not in the typical shades of green and brown. Instead, this style remixes the iconic triple black edition of the silhouette, constructing it from a canvas textile, and leaving the underlay panels in plain black. The Realtree pattern is only added to the shoe’s overlays, and uses black, grey, and tan tones to create the lifelike pattern.

NIKE AIR FORCE 1 LOW “REALTREE” RELEASE INFORMATION

Nike’s new Fall-ready edition of the Air Force 1 Low has not been officially announced yet, but is expected to arrive on October 3rd, 2025. Featuring a black canvas build with the Realtree camouflage pattern applied to the shoe’s overlays, pairs will likely be available from both Nike and select retailers for $125.
