Overkill is back with another new collaboration. This month, the German brand honors their hometown of Berlin’s legendary party scene through a two-pack of classic New Balance silhouettes.

New Balance just keeps heating up this Summer with more new collaborations on the way. This week, we’re taking a look their latest work with Overkill, which features a two-pair pack of the 1500 and 1530, each sporting a tonal color scheme to commemorate Berlin’s famous party scene. First up, the New Balance 1500 is used to represent the louder, more colorful public parties throughout the German capital like the Love Parade of Gay Pride. Beginning with a white base layer, off-tone suede overlays are used as reinforcement, while baby blue and lavender accents are found on the collar and midfoot to add some flair. The second shoe, the New Balance 1530, represents Berlin’s underground rave scene, and the all-black outfits you’d usually find inside. Mixing smooth leather with hairy suede overlays, this premium 1530 is perfect for an upscale party in the heart of Berlin.

Overkill & New Balance’s ode to the city of Berlin is scheduled to release later this month on June 22nd, 2019. The limited edition sneakers will first release in-store before making their way online, retailing for $190.
