It’s Paris Fashion Show Week and Virgil Abloh has not been shy when it comes to teasing new upcoming sneakers. From the Air Jordan 5 and now to an alternate version of the MCA Nike Air Force 1.
The MCA Nike Air Force 1 is probably the most sought after silhouette in Virgil’s incredible lineup. While the shoe released in extremely scarce numbers and a select few were able to purchase, many have gathered themselves to be okay without getting their hands on a pair. But, Virgil was just spotted with an alternate version of the MCA iteration that displays the shoe with the same design of powder blue but with a black midsole. Now whether these are just a sample, something Virgil just made for himself or a pair that will actually release in the future, we aren’t sure, but it would make sense to see a GR version that would differ but still be the same. UPDATE: It appears Stadium Goods has gotten their hands on a pair of the Alternate Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Low MCA with listing a size 12 for a hefty price-tag of $9,735. Stay tuned for more details.
UPDATE: MLS star, Zarek Velntin just showed off a pair of the alternate Off White x Nike Air Force 1’s that he received. As of now, we have no word on release details if one will go down but it looks like there may very well be a release. Stay tuned for more details.
