Nike SB is cooking up more pairs of their modified Air Force 1 to roll out in the remainder of 2026. Today, we have a closer look at their navy blue suede pair, reportedly arriving during the holiday season.
Nike SB’s take on the Air Force 1 is a personal favorite of this year so far. The Swoosh’s skate imprint has been adopting and modifying iconic silhouettes for years, often adjusting the cushioning and construction of the shoe for more comfort and better durability on a board. Their choices for which model’s to take on are largely informed by skaters and their go-to Nike shoes, so far including the Air Jordan 1 and Air Max 95. The modified take on the AF1 makes some key adjustments to the shoe’s design, including a lower overall profile, a thicker padded tongue, an extra Air unit in the heel, and a refined traction pattern. Today, we have a closer look at an upcoming “Navy” pair of the sneaker, which pits the upper in a washed shade of blue suede. Swooshes are added in black suede, with black heel counters and soles to complete the look.
