Virgil Abloh has turned his attention to universal athletic wear as the Nike x Off-White Training Collection provides use for all athletes.

While Virgil is known for his Nike and Jordan shoes, he looks to cross paths with athletic wear and he uses Nike Pro technology to his advantage. The collection consists of a black and yellow palette which features Nike and Off-White branding as well as graffiti-inspired embellishments. While this is the second time Virgil has provided athletic wear with Nike, it’s not seen as a new chapter but rather a continuation of Nike’s pursuit of athletic excellence and Virgil’s artistic ability of combining Street-Wear and athletics into one.

Virgil’s inspiration behind the collection stemmed from Youth sports in which he was intrigued by making universal training attire in which any athlete regardless of sport, would enjoy. The capsule looks to feature bags, tights, shorts, shirts and sports bras, all in yellow and black offerings that men and women can equally enjoy.
