Making its debut way back in 2009, the Nike LeBron 7 “Fairfax” will finally see a release to the public this year.

Although originally from 2009, this edition of the Nike LeBron 7 was only given to a select few. Those select few were the basketball players that laced up for Fairfax High School in Los Angeles, which is one of the few schools sponsored by Lebron himself. Now while there was a “Home” iteration that donned a white upper, as of now the black “Away” edition is the only pair releasing this year but Nike could have more up their sleeves.

The “Fairfax” colorway calls out for a black upper that features patent leather overlays around the toe area. Red then flashes across the sneaker while it paints the laces and midfoot Nike Swoosh that’s outlined by yellow. A red air bubble midsole and black outsole then completes the special design.
