Nike has a long history of takedown models for their athlete signature lines, and they have recently come back into fashion. This week, Ja Morant was spotted wearing his own budget-friendly silhouette, the Twelve Time, coming this Fall.
Ja Morant’s signature sneaker line with Nike has been one of the most consistent athlete models of this decade. Each sneaker has gotten progressively more unique, with their current model, the Ja 3, being one of the most out-there explorations of basketball shoes we’ve seen in the modern era. Back in April, Ja formally unveiled his fourth mainline signature model with Nike, but thats not all they have in store for 2026. This Fall, Morant and Nike will release the Twelve Time, his first takedown model in the growing sneaker arsenal. Nike has a long history of these more budget-friendly pro model options, typically designed with less tech inside to keep them at a more attainable price point, with sizes made for all ages. Little is known about the Twelve Time right now, but this brief glimpse at the model shows the outer walls will make use of the three-clawed design element that has been present for the last few Ja sneaker silhouettes.
JA MORANT X NIKE TWELVE TIME RELEASE INFORMATION
The fifth silhouette in Ja Morant’s sneaker line with Nike, the Twelve Time, has not been announced yet, but is currently expected to release in Fall 2026 around the start of the next NBA season. The model will be Morant’s first takedown model, a more budget-friendly approach to a signature sneaker, with pared down technology inside. Pairs will be available from both Nike and select retailers for $90.
