The Nike Air Max 360 is coming back with a new twist. Often referred to as the precursor to the now-famous Vapormax, the fan-favorite Air Max model is making a return this month with some new changes underfoot.

In January 2006, Nike introduced a revolutionary change to its underfoot Air technology with the Air Max 360. The silhouette was the first of Nike’s Air models since 1979 to feature full-length airbags, providing buoyant cushioning with each and every step. The AM360 quickly became a fan favorite, thanks to its elevated comfort and aerodynamic uppers. Now, 13 years after its debut, Nike is upgrading the classic Air Max with the latest full-length Air cushioning.

The Nike Air Vapormax 360 was meant to be. After the Vapormax technology started to draw numerous comparisons to the Air soles of old after their debut, the obvious next step was to combine the two for a modern hit, and Nike has done just that. The Vapormax 360 will debut in three initial colorways, the fan-favorite University Red and Volt iterations, as well a blacked-out version with blue and pink highlights.
