The National Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from September 15th to October 15th and for the special month, Nike will have a “La Familia” collection that involves the Air Trainer 1.
Set to join the Nike Air Force 1, the Air Trainer 1 will feature an official colorway of Rattan and Del Sol, the sneaker arrives with Hispanic detailing throughout that captivates the culture. Featuring a Rattan leather and mesh base, tonal cracked leather overlays are added to the toes while the bone shade is used on the forefoot strap, lacing system, and tongue. Vibrant shades are then used on the chenille Nike Swoosh logos on the sides, “We are Familia” on the tongues, and “Somo Familias” is placed on the heels. To complete the design, a white rubber midsole is placed below while a colorful outsole displays shades of pink, green, and blue.
