Nike debuted their ‘Big Bubble’ Air Max 1 on Air Max Day, though now we are learning of a few exclusive styles, like this ‘Smokey Mauve’ pair, that released exclusively in Los Angeles for the occasion.

The Nike Air Max 1 ‘Big Bubble’ first appeared on our radar on Air Max Day in 2022, when the brand teased the remastered version during a SNKRS Live event. Debuting a full year later, the reengineered version of the AM1 has had collectors buzzing. Over the past few weeks, we’ve also fielded rumors that more colors were on the way. Turns out, Nike had partnered with Kids of Immigrants in Los Angeles to release four more styles, like the ‘Indigo Haze‘ pair we saw earlier this week. Now, a ‘Smokey Mauve’ look has surfaced, and could see a wider release later this year. Dressed in shades of brown over a white base, the four extra colors were released in limited batches of just 1,986, to commemorate the original release year of the silhouette.
