Yesterday we got our first look at a duck-themed Nike Air Max 1 dressed in a Pecan colorway. Now, a second pair has surfaced, coloring the shoe in a ‘Honeydew’ look with grey and black accents.
With Nike celebrating their thirty-fifth anniversary of their famous Air Max 1 silhouette this year, we have plenty of colorways to look forward to in the coming seasons. Recently, we got an early look at a new themed pair, sporting duck-shaped embroidery on the heels. While no product story has been made available yet, the color schemes indicate they are, in-fact, duck themed. More evidence comes from a second colorway that appeared today, coloring the classic Air Max in a ‘Honeydew’ look. This pair begins with a black underlay with dark grey quarter panels. while a muted orange tone makes up the wrap-around mudguard. Finally, pale green Swooshes, laces, outsoles, and air bags complete the new look, with a duck logo on each heel to match.

Nike’s upcoming colorways of the Duck-themed Air Max 1 have not yet been announced for release, though they are expected to launch sometime in 2022. Seen here dressed in a ‘Honeydew’ colorway, pairs will be available from both Nike’s SNKRS app and select retailers, likely with the usual $150 price tag. UPDATE 11/18/22: Nike’s upcoming ‘Ugly Duckling’ homage pack for the Air Max 1 has begun to surface at retailers like AsphaltGold, with a release date of November 22nd, 2022. While only the ‘Pecan’ pair has been spotted, we are expecting the ‘Honeydew’ look to arrive at the same time, if not shortly afterwards for $165.
