Following last year’s Air Jordan 4 “Sashiko” success, Nike will be taking their iconic Air Force 1 Low and adding it to their traditional Japanese stitching collection.

Thanks to influencers and social media, the Air Force 1 is at its peak in terms of popularity and recognition. With all that demand, we saw Nike turn up the notch in terms of new variations of the sneaker as well as more colorways and themes. Now the model will get a full updates makeover, swapping the usual leather design with a weaved upper featuring a variety of different materials and colors throughout the entire silhouette. White suede overlays texturize the shoe, appearing on the Nike Swoosh logos, eyestays, and heels while gold is used on the lace dubraes and mini Nike Swoosh branding on the toes. A white midsole and a translucent rubber outsole showcasing Kanji writing translated to “Just Do It” finishes off the brand new look.
